Short answer, yes. We can perform a consultation as well as an evaluation prior to a physicians referral, but to continue services, we do want a referral. Don't worry, we will help you obtain this! It also allows us to keep your pediatrician in the loop with everything and anything that is going on so we can work better as a team! 

We see patients birth to 18 years.

We see patients in homes, daycares or schools in the Charleston and close surrounding areas. Give us a call to see if we service your area! Live outside of this area? No biggie, we also offer telehealth/virtual services so we can still give you the support you need. We are able to see virtual patients in the state of SC as well as MO.

We are currently in network with Medicaid and Babynet. 

We are Out of Network with all private insurance companies. If you do have out of network benefits, we can provide you with superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. A superbill is essentially a receipt for your therapy session that has codes essential for insurance claims. Once you submit the superbill to your insurance, they will reimburse you (depending on your specific plan). Feel free to give us a call if you have further questions. 

Our evaluations are comprehensive and include parent interview, child observation, testing, and then some treatment to start getting your kiddo on the right track! Because of this, they tend to run longer than an hour. Treatments sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the child and their tolerance to therapy.
